Mary Pat and family, The news of Henry's passing leaves our community saddened and it leaves me a little nostalgic. Henry helped raise our children on the little league field which helped solidify the parents in the stands to become longtime friends. Henry's kindness shown through his eyes and his smile. I smile when I think of Henry. He made a difference in all of our lives. I will miss him. Patty Dailey

Henry beamed with pride whenever we spoke of his sons and how amazing it was that both of them moved back to their hometown of Shaftsbury. One could often see a twinkle in his eyes when he was strolling in the neighborhood with his devoted wife & delightful grandchildren. At The Cancer Center, Henry's calm, quite acceptance was inspirational. Henry was a good man and contributed in untold ways to our community. May his spirit live on in each of us. With heartfelt condolences, Barbara &...

Dear Mary Pat and family, We were deeply saddened to hear of Henry's passing. Although we had not seen each other in quite some time, we would keep in touch by text and the occasional phone call.I really enjoyed those times and will truly miss them. I always considered Henry one of my best friends. Be at peace my "old" friend! With heartfelt sympathy, Tom & Carol Teufel
