Dear Missy and Family-

I was so sorry to hear of your father passing. He was my Doctor for so many years and was so gentle and caring for each of his patients. He made you feel as if you were his only patient. He will really be missed by the community and friends. Please accept me condolences.

Dear Elaine and family,
We were so saddend to hear the news of Hank's passing. He touched so many lives and has left a legacy to be admired.
Our love and thoughts are with you...
Sam, Liza, Emily and Maddy Kates

Our deepest sympathy to the Harris family. We were among Hank's first patients in Stamford and give him full credit for saving the life of our third child, a preemie with Hyaline Membrane Disease. We were truly saddened to hear of his passing.

We are saddened by the death of Dr. Harris, but warmed by the memories of his loyal and compassionate support for our father, Dr. Ralph Tella. Hank was a trusted friend and colleague whose understanding manner helped ease our father through his emotional transition to retirement. We remember Hank as a respectful, kind man whose deep intellect and humanitarian instinct made him a gifted physician and treasured friend. We wish to extend our sympathy to his loving family.
The Tella Family

Dr. Harris was a good man. He cared about his patients and their parents. He will be missed by many in the community. May he rest in peace.

Hank was like a father figure to me in my earlier years in Stamford, Ct. He was a truly kind, gentle, and forgiving individual. I have spent countless hours with him and I will miss his genuine "smile" and jokes that we shared with each other. I can see his smile now as I write this.... My sincere condolences go out to his immediate family. I will miss him dearly. May he rest in peace.

To the Harris Family: I am so saddened to read of Dr. Harris's death. My daughters, Kate [30 on Oct. 31] and Sarah [27 on Feb. 3] were blessed to have him as their doctor. My OB/GYN Dr. Goodhue, steered me in the right direction as a new mom in 1977. His gentle smile and caring way always was a comfort, even during tough times. He extended himself beyond the child and treated the moms too. Heaven has a special angel. Know he is loved and you are all in our prayers. A deep loss. Blessings.

To Hank's Family,
I was Hank's nurse for three years.
He was an incredible man and Physician. We had many a long and hectic day taking care of every child, no matter what time it got to be. My sympathy and prayers with all his children and Elaine...

Hank was our rock after a horrible accident in 1974 -- and he has been 'the gold standard' to us still, tho it's been years. Our sympathies to all the family.
