Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of singing with Hank in LCC for 6 years. A great man!

A great mentor! All his special needs patients loved him!

MaryKay and I loved our time with Henry at MAPD meetings - he always brought enthusiasm and made us smile. The beer dive at the Homestead in Leland has always brought smiles as he stuffed can in his swim trunks to get them from the bottom of the pool. Great teacher , everyone was a friend.

Sending condolences and best wishes. Henry was a true mentor of mine and I still to this day give him credit during my lectures. He was a consummate teacher and always had a smile. I will cherish all that he had taught me for my entire life. Will be missed.

It was a pleasure and honor to study under Dr Kanar. I only hope I can provide the same commitment and passion in serving patients with special needs

I still work at the school but as the Director for Faculty Affairs, which I just learned of Henry's passing this past December. Your father was so very kind, generous and fun to work with. I will also remember how when a group of faculty and staff would sometimes walk up to State St for happy hour, he would graciously insist on walking with any of the ladies back to the parking structure to ensure...

My mother, Evelyn Long worked as a dental assistant with Dr. Kanar at Plymouth State Hospital for many years. After reading his obituary, I understand why she always talked about him. RIP

I´m sorry Colin. It looks like he had a great life. I hope you´re doing well.
