Not sure what to say?

To support the statement about Henry Kwant in the 1970's relating to treating people with respect and not seeing a difference in race in how he treated people. He & his kindness & love for his fellow kind should be cloned throughout this world. There would be world peace, laughter, kindness and above all, Love. I worked with him as well for 28 years when I was 26 years old. I'm 76 today and throughout all of this time, until my beautiful friend transitioned to our Lord, was he any different....

Henry was a dear friend of mother at AAA insurance. At that time in the early 70's Black folks and White folks struggled with equality. Not Henry! There was never a crude racist joke, remark, or action directed at me or my two little brothers. Henry was more kind to us as he saw us grow from boys to men. Henry was the real deal.

I am shocked to find out that Henry passed. He worked alongside my mother Linda at AAA for decades. He was always full of life and always had something funny to say to me and my two brothers. I am a grandfather today and always touched bases with him throughout the years. I wish I would have known. To the family Henry was awesome and my heart is heavy.

Uncle Henry, Cristian and I miss you so much and we love you so very much. When I was a child, you were always "fun Uncle Henry" who carried me over your shoulder to make me laugh. It was such a joy to watch you interact with Cristian that way when he was little. You always came to visit me in the hospital and would yell at any nurse or phlebotomist who you thought was causing me pain. "It sure isn´t any fun being sick, is it, kiddo." We share a special bond that will never be lost. I love...

I cannot say how sorry I was in reading that Henry had passed away. A wonderful friend with a big heart. Fly high Henry, with no more pain, until we meet again.

Henry you'll always be a bright star in my life. You were the most giving person I've ever met. From the first day I got to work with you & got to know you. Rest in God's loving arms (Swanto) where you'll find ever lasting peace.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

The world has lost a man with the biggest heart I have ever seen. ALWAYS willing to help anyone in need and his sense of humor could lighten your darkest day. He will definitely be missed.

Henry I will always remember the good times and laughs we had at the Battle Creek Post. God speed
