Not sure what to say?

I knew Henry from the fire hall in downtown Duluth. I met him because a friend told me there was a good ping pong player who worked there. I would go there and play all night long with Henry and other firefighters. He was a very good player also very tough. Henry always treated us very well at the firehall. Thank you Henry. They had one of the best tables made at the time called a Detroiter. They were serious about the game.

Uncle Henry and I never spent much time together nor did we keep in touch but he was always my uncle and from my first memories of him as a child until this day he has always been a man of great stature; a man that I will always hold in the highest regard. When his father and my grandfather died, I was invited to officiate at the funeral. I arrived in the cold Duluth winter in light clothing. Uncle Henry sized up my predicament and insisted on buying me a winter coat. This was the kind of...

I remember the many hours we spent playing and fishing on the little river that ran behind our house on the farm. It had the concret dam to block the water so on one side the animals drank and the other we played, swam and fished. I remember you sitting there for a long time just to catch one fish to take to the house and clean and than you would bring it to our mother. she was so proud of you and loved you so much and you loved her too.
After you came home from the navy you would take...

Henry was a most kind and understanding man. I have great memories of him and Larry Elwell working at engine 11 in Woodland many years ago, and he was my inspiration to follow into my field of emergency medicine and nursing...I hope God has a great station ready for him and he is at peace in His loving arms...May He bless your family at this time...Bill Joyce, Mari and Molly Dinkel Faribault,MN

Daddy, There will not be a day that goes by that I won't think of you. You were my daddy and I was your faker. You were a tough guy with a big heart. I love you and miss you. Kiki

Daddy,

I'm sorry for all of the trouble that I caused you. I can't take credit for all of the trouble I've caused. You were an excellent teacher. I'll miss you.

Love,

Chopper

Brother, We had some fun times together and you will be missed. Remember our Canada fishing trip when the dog let one go and all four windows went down at the same time. We laughed and when you went down to the lake to wash up in the morning and I had you on camera in your undies. You were dodging the camera by running from tree to tree .I'll always remember you with Love. Peace my Darlin
