Hank was the epitome of great neighbor (not just a good neighbor) who made everybody in the room feel better for simply shaking his hand. His outgoing personality was infectious, as was his obvious love for his entire extended family. And outside of his family, he will be deeply missed by the entire Y community. .

Hank did amazing charity work and was full of energy

To the family of Henry,
My sincere condolences. Henry was a great person. I met him in 1950 @ Worcester Hahnemann Hospital. I was a nurse in training, and he was my patient. We connected in later years at the Greendale Y. My last visit with Henry was March of 2020 at Overlook. We had a great visit. Grieving is all about love.

Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear about Henry leaving you. He was just one of my favorite great uncles. He was always a nice guy to visit and be with. He and his brother came to my mom's birthday #90. She and we were so happy to have them there. I know you will miss him greatly. Love Donny Gannon

Sincere condolences to the family! We will always remember such a great Man, Mentor and Brother as our beloved Henry Bigelow Rand used to be! Semper Fi!

To Hank's family, We send our sincere sympathy to you all on Hank's passing. He was such an integral part of the Norton family serving as the President of the Alumni Committee for many years. He will be missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers. The Norton/Saint-Gobain Alumni Committee
