Henry Runkel passed away in Seattle, Washington. The obituary was featured in The Seattle Times on April 16, 2011.
I can still hear him answer his extention line, "Runkel!" in a loud enthusiastic voice. Henry gave me one of my earliest opportunities in business and his memory is an inspiration to me today. Thanks Hank.

I have such fond memories of growing up across the street from the Runkels. Hank has moved on to a new neighborhood but he will always be in our hearts. Hugs to all of you.
