Not sure what to say?

I understand it has been many years since the loss. I didn't know him personally, though I did meet him several times during the early 1990's. I knew him to be described as a great father/ grandfather. His son was proud of him as well as being proud to be his son. His pride also could be seen on the walls of their home in the photos of his beautiful grandchildren. I am sure he is continuing to watch over his entire family each day with the same pride. I send condolences to each of his...

Oh Hank! Such a great fellow. He gave my kids the 'grow stick' when they were babies so we could measure their growing progess. He handles the books at church. Lots of jokes he would tell. And write! He would give my little handwritten notes and smile broad. Super fond memories of him and his family (Leo and Amy & wife Irene). God rest and Mary love you Hank! You and yours are always in my thoughts & prayers! Angela (Hagemeyer) Barnes

My deepest condolences to you all. Hank was a really neat guy, one of the most unique characters I have ever known. I always enjoyed his great stories. He was a wonderful man. I am sure they are listening to many Hank Towne stories up there in heaven today. My deepest sympathy.

I want to express my sympathy to the family of Henry Towne who has given me some memorable times. He was an asset to his family, his church and his community.
My most memorable memory is going skiing with Henry at either Sunrise or Paradise at Mt. Rainier. One of them had a tow lift. Henry, using the long, heavy wooden skiis of the day, and laceup boots, would ski backwards, forwards and in circles. Would be nice to see the skiing acrobats of today on the same equipment. He was...

Family and friends of Henry (Hank),

I was a little girl when I first met Henry. I believe I was around 6 years old. I was living with my mother and grandmother, my father was killed in WW2. Hank was so kind to us all the time. He would bring these huge pumpkins to me at Halloween. During the years he would bring some of the fruits from his garden. Huge tomato's and other good things. Some time's flowers for my mother. Lot's of other good times with Hank. This was in the 1940's...

Dear Irene and family, especially Leo who I knew in school.,
So sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and father respectively. He was a good man. We will keep him in our prayers and have a Holy Mass offered for the repose of his soul.
God bless you!
