Not sure what to say?

He healed our pets but also healed us. Alway gave common sense advice and delivered it with kindness and empathy. Through the years he cared for so many of my family´s pets and helped them rest in peace with dignity and respect and helped us accept the process. We will miss him so much, his smile and his laughter.May God bless Hank and his family. Steve Porpora and Kathy Schoonmaker

Rest in peace Dr Hank. It was a pleasure to work with you. You werent just a boss, You were like family. My heart is so broken. I will forever be grateful for all that you taught me. Thank you for being the best boss anyone could ever have. Thank you for your patience and believing in me...And always being someone i could talk to when i had a bad day. I'm going to miss you alot...You were the coolest.

Hank was a vet school classmate of mine, and we were adjacent to each other alphabetically, so we were in every lab and class together. He was a wonderful, happy, well-liked guy. I remember so many funny times with him. I worked with him for a year at Fort Hill Animal Hospital, before moving to Arkansas, where I remain. May his memory alwasy be for a blessing.

Lindsay, So sorry to hear the loss of your dad. He was a wonderful vet and an incredible man. His smile spirit and optimism even when needing oxygen was inspirational. I wish you and your family comfort during these difficult times Affectionately, Marilyn Smith and Benny

Dr. Travis has been our vet since 1981. He gave such good veterinary advice and care to all my dogs and cats. We will miss him so much and I always loved meeting with him and hearing his explanations of everything that was happening with my pets. He was a wonderful man. Rest in peace Dr Travis.

Heartbroken by this news. What an amazing man, he was such a bright light-so kind and compassionate.

I took my childhood pets to him with my dad 40 years ago and then again with my own family. Dr. Travis always took the time to explain everything, use his brilliant (and sometimes hilarious) analogies, and he always cared deeply.

He will be missed by so many.
Sending love, prayers and strength out to his family. We all mourn with you. His legacy will live on and...

We trusted Dr. Travis with the care of our dogs for more than 40 years. He was an amazing diagnostician and with his analogies made us understand, too! We loved his common sense approach and trusted his advice based on years of knowledge and experience. We will really miss him.
