Mr. Turner was my Physics teacher at WHS in 1964-65. He was a popular and effective teacher to many of us then. He was in high demand as a class advisor, and for good reason. No teacher was more dedicated to helping and motivating students. I was very lucky to meet him again from time to time, most recently in September at Governor's Center, entirely by chance. He was the same Hank Turner as always. He was a consummate educator and a grand gentleman. Thank you, Hank, for your...

Dear Patricia, Your dad was my physics teacher at Westfield High School in my senior year (1969). His enthusiasm and quest for knowledge in the classroom was contageous and I am forever grateful that this attitude stuck with me throughout my professional career as an engineer. Fortunately, I had several opportunities to let him know that his being a teacher had made a significant difference in at least one of his students. Please accept my heartful sorrow at your loss.

Now you can go on with your life, and enjoy...you deserve it. You have been a devoted and loving daughter over so many years, and always one your...

Dear Pat, I was saddened to hear about the death of your dad.One only heard wonderful things about him and his dedication to education. You have been such a devoted daughter to both your mother and dad over the years. Selflessly juggling your job and spending hours with them everyday, most recently with your dad. Please know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers today and in the days to come. Love, Susan
