Henry Vasquez Obituary

It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow to announce the passing of Henry (Rick) Vasquez. Henry passed in the early morning hours of Nov. 4th at Cottage Hospital. Henry leaves his wife LouAnn to whom he was married 58 years. He also leaves son Gregory Vasquez (Fran), daughter Sharilyn Vasquez (Stella), grandsons; Jacob Vasquez, Justin Vasquez (Cynthia), step grandson Arthur Villa, great granddaughter Lily Rose Vasquez and adopted granddaughter Lea Ybarra.
To the staff at Cottage who tended to Henry, I want to express my deepest heartfelt gratitude for the kind and loving compassionate and gentle care you gave my husband. I will be forever grateful, LouAnn Vasquez.
