Frank on the campaign trail.

Frank was a man of extreme intelligence, integrity and creativity who was utterly devoted to Trenton. I had the privilege of traipsing around the city with him while he campaigned for mayor and I witnessed his dedication firsthand. We have lost a truly fine person who will be sorely missed in so many ways.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Weeden family; sent from The Charles Ives Authority for the Performing Arts Board of Directors and staff.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Frank was my best friend. His integrity and perfectionism inspired all who knew him. Everyone who knew you will miss you.

Frank was a great guy, creative, concerned and generous with his time and talent. His passing is a big loss to his adopted home town. Sincere sympathy to his family and friends.

I didn't know Frank well, but I feel such a sadness at news of his death. He arrived in Trenton as my public life there was approaching an end. My first encounter was in 1998 when I went to his business behind the old fire headquarters to purchase candles for my daughter's wedding in Vermont.
