I was honored to know Herb through Rotary -- he was president of the downtown club and I of the morning club at the same time. We did a number of major projects for the Tarahumaras in Chihuahua that year. Indeed, he was the purveyor of many blessings for all of us for a long time. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
