I am so sadden to hear of Herb's passing. My condolences go out to the whole family. I was his Medicare insurance agent for many years and became friends with him spending long conversations discussing things like are passions for coin and stamp collecting, his working in the yard and just life in general. Every time I drive down 32nd Street, I look for Herb in his yard. When I saw the house for sale sign, I feared I would never see him or talk to him again. I will miss stopping by to talk to him.
