Not sure what to say?

Nell, Herb was a joy to be around, I'll never forget one day when
I was sitting next to him at a Rotary Lunch, the club got into and
argument about a small bill the club had to pay. After about 10
minutes of this, Herb said, if you put it on my bill could I eat my salad now?
