Tod was as his obituary attests, a kind and honest man. I first got to know him when he became the Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee. He introduced computers to the office and was the first chapter 13 trustee to run his office like a modern business. And he always tried to help individuals navigate through bankruptcy to reorganize their lives. He was a mentor for the trustees who succeeded him and a sage advisor to consumer bankruptcy attorneys. And loved his family and especially his wife Ann....

Tod was a wonderful man, compassionate, caring, always took the time to listen, and was a great employer. He has been missed since he retired as the Chapter 13 Trustee.
