Not sure what to say?

I did not know Him but was looking for an obituary of a family friend. I came across this obituary and recognized the last name. I graduated high school with Carol. So sorry for your loss Carol, losing a parent is so hurtful but the loving memories make them live on inside of us.

I have known Mr. Alpert for most of my life, some 35 years. He was always a great gentleman and great father to my dear friend. I will miss him.

Im so sorry for your loss. MARK. I LOST MY PARENTS in 2000 and 2012. He will always be your angel

From Robert's shul in Raleigh, we send Robert, Amanda, Hannah and the entire family our love and deepest condolences. May the Holy One grant you comfort and consolation among all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. ---Rabbis Eric and Jenny Solomon

I first met Mr. Alpert over 40 years ago as I was friends with his son Rob. He was a terrific guy with a great, dry sense of humor and he was always so kind to us when we were kids. I regret that after I moved away as an adult, I no longer saw him over the last 20 or so years, but I will never forget what a great guy he was. And I know my good friend Rob will miss him soooo much.

Mark i am so sorry to learn of the loss of your Father. May God bless you all. Peace be with you.

Sincerest condolences to the entire Alpert Family. Hecky was a strong pillar of his entire community and will be missed. He showed us how to live and succeed with high principles in all his relationships be it business, religious or family. We should honor his memory with gratitude for having had him in our lives.

I am deeply saddened - our congregation, our community, our world - is lessened by the loss of Hecky Alpert. His task is complete.
