Not sure what to say?

Humble, knowledge, happy, fine, and loyalty great man are some of the words that could express what Herb was. His passion and knowledge of art made him a great Patron and supporter for artists between others Frederico Vigil. Luz Reyes and Frederico had the fortune to meet him a long time ago.
Listening and enjoying his company was always delightful. He just to tell us how he came to America, when, why, and how. A genius with the numbers, and a master with the violonchelo. We had the...

Mr. Beenhouer spoke to my students at Pojoaque High School and to a workshop for teachers that I teach on the Holocaust. He was a delightful speaker who displayed patience and joy for his work. He gave his memories to us as a way to learn and love. He was certainly a gift to those students and to the teachers to whom he spoke. We at the New Mexico TOLI organization appreciate his kindness and willingness to share. May his memory be a Blessing.

Sending all of your family my deepest condolences on the death of your dear father. I have so many fond memories of spending time with Herb and your mother, Bernie, in their welcoming home on Camino Militar. So many years ago!!!.....And I enjoyed hearing him play the cello in later years. Herb and Bernie always made me feel so welcomed, and so included. I know you will miss your Dad very much. What a beautiful soul. Much love to each of you! Suzanne Huebner (Dulle)

He was an intelligent heart-lead humanitarian and nature lover. I had the privilege of meeting Herb through my mother. She and Herb were good friends having met through a course at the Renesan Institute for Lifelong Learning, discovering kindred spirits in their shared love for the arts, life, and Nature. I enjoyed Herb's spirit, intellect, zest for life, humor, love, and compassion. What depths! I'm so glad to have met and experienced, been witness to, his determined and clear sighted mind...
