To the Belvin family. I will like to say that i am sorry to hear about the passing of Herbert. I am a formal employee of York County School system. I would see him from time to time and he would away stop a few words. Nice spoken man. He was always fixings things in the schools. May God grant your family peace during your time of separation from your love one.
