Not sure what to say?

Herb would do just about anything for his friends and neighbors. He was an outstanding leader and submariner. We will miss him.

Linda and family. If you want the definition of true love. It was in herbs eyes when he was with Linda. Always upbeat I only way he knew me was the occasion he would be at Walmart. You tell by his actions that he was a truly great man

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), I offer our sincere condolences on Herbert's passing. You and your loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers. We are forever grateful for Hertert's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service. To our Brother of the Phin we say, Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country.

Herb handled problems as a way of life. He knew how to do things and strategize the most difficult of situations, in the personal and in the professional.
My prayers are with all the family and you should take great pride in having enjoyed such a special being.
My very best, always

Farewell to Rogue 2 from Rogue 1.

Jason,

I'm so sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and your entire family. I only met your Dad a few times, but he was always so nice and pleasant to be around. You're in my thoughts during this difficult time.

Take care,
Jim

I knew Herb from both the Navy and his various civilian positions, having worked both for and with Herb at NRF and DOE. He was such a pleasant and honorable man! May your memories of him comfort you during these difficult days.
