I called him dad and loved him so. I was blessed to have him in my life

My heartfelt condolence goes out to Barbara, Kathy, Bob, Karen and the entire family. Herb was our neighbor for many years and a stalwart in the Methodist Church. He was a hardworking, God-driven, community-minded family man whose legacy will continue to positively impact his family. Cherish the memories.

I never knew Mr. Collins, but I have been honored to know his daughter, Kathy. He must have been a great and kind man because I see it reflected in her. I’m so sorry for your loss, Collins family. Sending love and prayers to all of you.

Sorry to hear about Herb's passing. I have many fond memories of being around him at San Juan County.

This is a very special man & one of my dads growing up as Kathy & I ran around together. I was Skinny Britches then (sure couldn’t say that now tho).
