Herbert James Cook, 55, of Chipley, passed away on Friday, Nov. 12, 2010 in Panama City. He was born on May 28, 1955 in Marquette, Mich. to Robert James and Shirley June (Ernsberger) Cook.
Mr. Cook is survived by his mother: Shirley June Titus, Battle Creek, Mich.; three sons, Robert J. and wife Brittney Cook, Ebro, Joseph Robert Cook, Bayou George, and David James and wife Tonya Cook, Battle Creek, Mich.; two brothers, Larry Cook, Battle Creek, Mich. and Dennis Cook, Seattle WA.; 2 sisters, Tracy Titus and Vicky Cook and four Grandchildren.
Memorialization was by Cremation with a Memorial Services at a later date in Battle Creek Mich.
