Herbert Cross

Be not dismay whatever betides, God will take care of you: To my family always remember that Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal. To my Uncle Herbert Lee, we love you, but God loved you best. We will miss you, but you are not forgotten!

To the Cross Family: Know that God is with you in your time of sorrow. Your family is daily in my prayers.

For this body will be destroyed. But God has an eternal home for us in heaven (2 Cor. 5:1). My eyes are open; My wings stretched wide; My heart so pure; My Lord, with Him, I reside. We miss you yesterday, today, tomorrow, and forever. Love you Grandaddy.

God saw that he was getting tired and a cure was not meant to be so He put His arms around him and said "Come with me." Although we loved him dearly we could not make him stay, with tearful eyes we watched his sufferring end as he faded away. A golden heart stopped beating, a warm loving heart was at rest. Our hearts were broken but God only takes the best.

Daddy, by far, this has to be the most challenging time in my life, but I know that GOD will surely see us through. I thank GOD every day for giving me the GREATEST Dad ever. You are going to be missed sooo much!
