Herbert E. "Ned" Farrier

Dear Helen:

Charity called me tonight to tell me that Ned had died. I am so sorry. I did not read the paper to see that he died. There are no words to tell you how much he meant to me. We both knew how much of a pain the the butt he could be, but he was one of the kindness, considerate man that I ever knew. He was a great listener. When he came in the store, no matter how he felt he would always be there to listen to me. He helped me through a lot of problems.
