Jadd was a generous and caring man who would help buy Christmas gifts or food for families that DHR did not come through for. He and I spoke at the Kiwannis Club meetings to support good causes and he taught me much about legal issues that school never could. His laugh was unique and his heart was great. The most memorable gift he gave me, besides his friendship, was a Christmas sweatshirt from one of the famous "after Christmas" parties that read....."it ain't over until the fat man eats...
