Not sure what to say?

Some of my finest childhood memories were spent at uncle Herbs' pooside with family and friends. Since we lived next door to my uncle Herb and my 1st cousins It was always great fun to hang around the wonderful people that Herb surrounded himself with. He was always on the cutting edge of new stuff and provided great insight as to what the world had to offer. He took care of my mothers and grandmothers afffairs and they trusted him completely. He will be missed greatly.

Dear Fishbone family,

We were saddened to hear of Herb's passing. He handled all of my family's affairs for as long as I can remember and was a loved, trusted and respected friend to my parents Henry and Eleanor Steckel. It might also be noted that Debbie and Wendy and I were all students at Easton High School so many years ago.

I wanted you to know how much I liked and trusted "Mr. Fishbone" as well, and that you are in my thoughts and prayers today.
...

Our deepest sympathies to Vivian and the family. I worked with Herb for many years and learned a great deal from him. His advice was invaluable! I always enjoyed his company and will miss his smile and hearty laugh!

Dear Aunt Vivian and my Dearest Cousins.
I don't know what words are correct to lend comfort and solice.
I am in tears as I write and feel the fabric of our family torn.
Uncle Herb was always a steady force in my life.
He was always an icon of strength and vision.
He always made me feel as if he cared about me.
For this I was thankful and I will miss him daily.
I am sorry that I am not able to be with you all in Easton.
I can picture you...
