Ruby, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad.

My deepest and sincerest condolences to the entire Flattmann family. Some of my fondest memories are of our old neighborhood on E. Claiborne Sq. where life was much simpler and all us kids played outside from early morning until the street lights came on.
