Dear Marge & Family,
We are so sorry to hear of Herbies' passing. He was a true Irish Gentleman in every way. Thanks to all of you for sharing him with the people of Enfield for 55 years as Chief of police and public servant. He did a great job.May God hold him in the palm of His hand.

He was my grandfather. He will truly be missed. They broke the mold when they made him.

Kyah, George and I send our sympathy at this difficult time in your lives.

It is with deep sorrow that I heard of Herb's passing. He was always someone I loved to run into on my visits around Enfield. He will be missed.

Sincerely, John Zirolli

Don't worry about Herb's going to Heaven. He's already there!

Many years ago, while residing in Enfield, I had the pleasure of meeting Herb and teaching CPR with his recommendation. Friends are special people who come into our lives. They come in many sizes, the large, the small, the short and the tall. They ask no favor of you but just to be your friend. When needs appear, they're always close by to lend a helping hand. Thank you Herb for being my friend. Rest in eternal peace.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Aunt Margie, Mary Beth and John. Herbert Foy was an honorable outstanding man as well as my uncle, and it makes me very proud to be able to tell others that I am related to Herbert Foy.

Marge, Mary and John, My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Herb played a special role in many lives, mine included.

Sending lots of love and prayers Auntie Marge to both you and the rest of the family.
