Herbert Gelfand

Herb will be missed no doubt! He was generous and kind and went the extra mile to help friends. My father-in-law was his roommate when they were in law school. That friendship not only endured for their lifetime, it set an example of how friends can remain true in a changing world. Nate has "a couple" of good bottles he has been waiting to share with you Herb! Our deepest condolences Beverly for you and your family.

Although we didn't spend but one meal with your dad and mom it was memorable. He was kind, generous, funny, and so very proud of his family. May his memory be for a blessing.

My great uncle Herb was a mover and shaker. The tangibility of his departure from the material world is palpable, as evidenced by the grief displayed on the faces of those who turned out at today´s funeral. Gelfand clan, my deepest condolences.
