Not sure what to say?

To the family,
My deepest sympathy for your loss.
I worked with Herb at APS for many years. He was a thoughtful architect with a keen eye and heart for the correct application of ADA building requirements. He spoke often and lovingly of his wife, Judy, and son, Dirk. God bless.

Herb had the same feisty and positive outlook when we last got together a few years ago that he had in the 60s at IIT and the Sig House. We are saddened by the loss of a happy soul.

Dan Tulig (Newton,NJ)

Herb was a true friend to the Alessandra family and we will miss him greatly. He was honest, kind, generous, and thoughtful. His light may be gone but cherished memories will remain forever.

I worked with Herb at APS. A really nice person. He always had a wonderful smile for everyone. My condolence and prayers to the family.

I had the privilege of knwow Herb through the APS Golf Club. Month after month he would come out and play the game he really enjoyed. He will really be missed.

For a number of years, I was a member on ther APS Golf Club with Herb. We will miss his smiling face and positive attidude he brought to the rest of us "Hackers".

To Herb's family,
I worked with Herb at APS for many years. He was always such a kind person and had a great sense of humor. Although, we never met Dirk, he always spoke of how proud he was of you. He will be missed.
