I was very sorry to learn of your father's passing. I only met Herbert a few times because my parents (Irving and Diane) moved to California in 1949. Herbert was my father's first cousin and my dad always spoke so highly of him (he also gave me two of your father's books). I would love to re-connect as family. Sincere condolences to Herb's family. Dr. Hendin was also on staff at Metropolitan Hospital's adult psychiatry outpatient clinic and our expert on suicide. We were proud to have him here as well as part of the teaching faculty.
