Read MoreHerb was a dear friend for forty years. He was a kind, generous man, even to the point of taking our foster children on shopping sprees when he would visit. Over the years we had great times during our annual “Cincy” weekend, a reunion of old friends. It is sad to think of our world without Herb. He was a good man and a positive force. ❤

Herb and Gaylene were always very kind to me as I embarked on my recovery journey 17 years ago. There were many dinners shared and hugs exchanged. Prayers for Gaylene and all of Herb’s friends and family.
