Laura and Woody. I'm so sorry you've lost your dad (I also found out your mom had passed a few years ago). We just lost Marc's dad (the last of our 4 parents) in July, so I know your pain. Uncle Herb was such an awesome person! I still remember when Daddy & I came out after he and Dot had moved to Stamford and he was so tickled to show us around the new digs and neighborhood. I'm just sorry I haven't kept in better touch.

A great privilege to have known him. His devotion to family served as an example to any dad worth his salt. I hope Stuyvesant High has received the notice. He will be missed.

You mean he wasn't part Ogala Sioux? This made me miss him so much and also so sorry that it was so difficult for him to communicate these recent times. What a wonderful and amazing man Herb was. We talked about everything over the years and I have missed those conversations. So happy he had Belle to make him smile. I hope that all of our parents are together again. They will be having such fun . I'm so sorry, Laura and Woody, for your loss. Much love.
