Not sure what to say?

My dad was Ed Venini. Ed and Herb were the best of friends for many years. They played golf on Wednesday mornings and when my dad couldn't play anymore, they all got together for lunch. My dad and Herb shared many (bad) jokes over the years. I hope they are having a good visit now.

Herb was one of my fathers, Ed Venini, "golf buddies" and best friends. I'm sure many of the "jokes" he used to repeat to us could be sourced back to Herb. I think they both shared the same sense of "humour" and love of laughter.

I have known Herb for years. I was his stockbroker at Merrill Lynch and he always called me his cupcake. He was also my dentist for over 20 years. I will miss him greatly, he was a wonderful, fun loving, teasing friend. Bless you Doc. Marlene Lawrence

As a child patient in the 50's, dear Doc convinced my father to allow me to attend Dental Science School so when I graduated I could come work for him....this was before assistants could 'sit down' and since I was very tall for a young girl, he figured we could both stand and be comfortable...I did and we were!!! I added to his music collection for the office headphones and did my internship there...He never never caused me pain, and the bubblegum air spray didn't hurt either...Bless you...

Dr. Herb was my dentist for almost 30 years, we shared a love of good jokes and tried to top each other when I made my visits. My children never visited the office that Althea didn't entertain them and give them little gifts. Both of these wonderful people are missed by the Klickman family.

John Marshall, pharmacist at Dickson Drug. Herb as well as Andy visited often and knew ED, Barbara, and Barnaby. Both were great guys and we always looked forward to chatting.
