The first thing that I think of where Dr. Masters is concerned is the fact that he LOVED and was LOVED.
He contributed abundance to the people in Tahlequah. I only knew him for a very brief time while attending N.E.S.C. 58-62.
We can be assured he is in the Hands of our LORD, and give The LORD thanks that we were priviledged to have known him at all.
My deepest symphathy to his Family and Close Friends.
