Read MoreMy husband and I had the great pleasure of meeting Herb last year during chemotherapy treatment. He invited us to visit at the camp last August, and we spent a lovely afternoon with him. After having lost touch with Herb many years ago, I was privileged to visit with him in May during my trip to Burlington. He was a great family friend, he was my teacher at UVM, and he had a profound influence on my life and career.
I offer my sincere condolences to the family.

Our condolances to the McArthur family. My kids love running on his trails and would enjoy seeing Mr McArthur sitting out back and he seemed to love it that they were out using those trails. Always a wonderful heartfelt hello to them and wanted to know how they were doing in school. We were all lucky to know him.
