Not sure what to say?

Sad to hear of Mr. Pepper's passing from this life, he truly was a kind and wonderful human, he loved his family and his Country, thoughts and prayer's for his family during this time. May God bless all of you.

I had the "Honour" of chatting with Mr.Pepper some time back about his service years! He was a "TRUE" Patriot! He wrote the American People a blank check when he "Signed up"!I only wish "WE" could have repayed him for his service!A big piece of "OUR" America is gone but not forgotten! May our Lord put HIS prayer arms around the Pepper Family! The BUCHANAN Family

so sorry to hear of mr peppers passing.he was a good friend of my fathers, probably the last of men who worked together at the v.a.daddy always talked highly of mr pepper.

Our country has lost a true hero; Lake City has lost a man that through his kindness to others will be remembered for many years; and many of us lost a friend and example of what a real hero is and should be. For all the kindneses he and his family showed me all those years ago while we were teenagers, and all the years since, I thank you and want you to know none of you will ever be forgotten. Lana

God Bless you and your family, due to recent loss of your beloved father.May he rest in peace.

To the family of Herbert Edward Pepper:

I note with great sadness the passing of Mr. Pepper.

Tommy and I were classmates of Columbia High School all those years ago and I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences on the passing of his father.

I know the pain of loss personally but have come to realize in this late life that one's passing from the human experience does not mean that connection is lost forever. It only means the connection is permanently embedded...

Rest in Peace Uncle Herbert. You are Truly a Great Man. My prayers are with the entire family..

Rest in Peace Uncle Herbert...
