Herbert Plotnick Obituary
He was born March 20, 1930, in The Bronx, N.Y., the son of the late Louis and Esther (Swinler) Plotnick.
Herbert was married to the late Frances Plotnick who passed away July 1, 2016.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 2, at Beth Jacob Synagogue, 400 New London Turnpike, Norwich. Burial will follow at the Norwich Jewish Fraternal Cemetery.

Herb was such a sweet Man,,he always greeted me with a smile and friendly welcome,,,I will always remember him that way when I drive by the restaurant and store....My deepest sympathy to Ellen and Jeff who I went to school with and have wonderful memories of both,, love and hugs.
