Not sure what to say?

I ran track in high school and he was one of my coach´s, I haven´t seen him since 2000, but I remember him real well, he was a real great guy and I had some great conversations with him that I´ll never forget, he was a very good man, one of best people I ever met, he said some kind words to me when I was in high school that I´ll never forget and his words have made a huge difference in life. And I´m glad I met him. R.I.P. Herb I will never forget you.

Mark, just thinking of the game of catch with you and your Dad. I asked him to "Burn one in to me". He did, and my mitt was too low and I caught the ball in my mouth. I remember the pic of him going over the high hurdle at Temple, and us digging holes in your backyard for water balloon fights. Both of your Parents were Favorites on the block

I met Herb when hee served on the County Planning Commission. He was such a dignified gentleman a genuinely like by all the staff. RIP.

When I was a child, on Stanford Ave in Menlo Park, and Herb's Son Mark and I were great friends, Herb used to "chuck" the ball to Mark and I, in the street, at least he did, until his great fast ball went over my glove and into my mouth. I knew he was a Great father to Mark, and I will always remember the photo of him jumping over the high hurdle in his college days. RIP Herb
