Not sure what to say?

Herb was a Companion to our Franciscan Order, the Franciscan Order of the Divine Compassion, and he would join us 3 or 4 times per week for the Evening Divine Office.
He was an amazing man, funny, intelligent, devoted and we have missed him.
May Light Perpetual Shine Upon you Brother.

Herb was my friend. I knew him in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. He was the most unforgettable person I ever knew. He was charismatic, brilliant, complex, and was fun to be around. We need people like Herb. He made life interesting.

My sympathy goes out to Herb's family. He was a good friend to me over many years. I always learned something important when we talked.

My heartfelt blessings and gratitude for the genuine friendship, humor and intellect we shared over the years. If Jesus goes to trial again, You're the best candidate to represent Him. R.I.H.

Everybody knew who H. John Rogers was, but not everybody knew him personally. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but I do know his wife, Debbie. She was my professor at WVNCC and one of my favorites at the college. She was very nice to me. I want to send my deepest condolences to her and the children. May God heal your pain and bring you all peace. RIP H. John Rogers.

My prayers go out to Mr. Rogers's friends and family.
