Reading this obituary I can picture him walking the halls of the old DHS. He was a good classmate! Our sympathy to the Scribner family.

Our most sincere condolences to you all.

As a classmate from Dover High Class of 1960, my sympathy to Herb's family.

Kelly I am so sorry for your and your family's loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

So sad to see Uncle Herb pass, but he is no longer in pain. Aunt Ida and all my cousins were greatly blessed to have him !!
