Not sure what to say?

I was thinking about H.D. We shared a building may years ago on Kent Avenue in Williamsburg Brooklyn. He was a good man, and a good friend. As belated as this may be, l am terribly sorry. May God bless the Seupel family.

Oh Celia and Taylor, how very sorry I am to learn of HD's passing. I'm stunned. You have suffered such losses. Sending you love and prayers... Love, Betty

I knew Herbie many years ago. He was then and will always be my rock star. I will pray for you and your son.

Our deepest condolences. So sorry for your loss. My husband Douglas Barry grew up with Herby on east 73rd. Street. I was a good friend of his too! They went to Boy Scouts together and played with Toy Soldiers. My father liked Herby so much. He gave him a job as a Doorman on East 85th. Street. We were at a BBQ with other friends from his old neighborhood. And heard the sad news. We were shocked and upset. Even though we didnt stay in touch. We have many great memories. Concerts, Central Park,...

You and Taylor are in my thoughts and prayers!

"Miss Ellen" from Rosendale School

Our deepest condolences, Celia. I met your wonderful son Taylor before one of his performances of "Spine" with my daughter Sara. He seems like a great young man and hopefully the two of you will find a way to get beyond these tragedies. We will keep you in our prayers. Ted Curtin (Needham, Ma.)

Celia.
I knew Herbie 38 years ago. He was in the band and I loved their music. Still remember some of their songs. Herbie wrote "Clipper Ship" and that song has always stayed with me through the years.
I was a friend of the bands. Music brought us together. "Herb Superb" was an awesome musician.
You and your son are in my thoughts!!

Celia,
You are thought of more often than you know. What you wrote is a beautiful tribute to a talented, creative, loving man. Know that you are thought about , and cared about.

I wish we could have maintained our friendship these past ten plus years. I miss him now as I've missed the enjoyment we've had while working together, it was almost a "laugh-a-minute". He taught me some German words and inspired me to further my study of the language. My sincere condolences to Celia and Taylor.
