Herbert March Talley

Extending sincere sympathy to Herb's family. I was saddened to learn of Herb's passing. Herb was a wonderful person and known for his friendly nature to everyone. I first met Herb back in 1939 when we both worked for a sewer pipe company. Herb has been my neighbor for many years and he will be missed by all of us. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace, Herb - you deserve your heavenly reward.
