I have so many memories, Dad. I used to sit in your work truck and listen to sports on the radio as well as sitting on the bench in your workroom. You gave me my love of sports and you read every sports article I wrote in The Daily World for the nine years I worked there. You put up with all kinds of animals from turtles and Old Curl in Burlingame to Binky in Seattle, even letting him take over your workroom for awhile. I worked under Herb's direction for several years while at General Electric Installation & Service Engineering in the Tukwila/South Center area. He was an inspiration to me and a business roll model for my later years in business. A true Gentleman, a Gentle Man and a kind person.
