Herbert Joseph Willstatter passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9, 2020 with daughter Karen in attendance, at age 92. Herb and my dad comprised a group we refer to as the Cold War Warriors and all of us owe a great debt of gratitude to them. They kept us safe. Godspeed Herb

I enjoyed working with Herb on the orangevale planning council over the years. Herb would listen to all sides, worked on our projects, and was always true to his character. Rest in peace my friend.
