Herbert A. Winters

I saw Herbie last year for the first time in probably 20 years. I thought he wouldn't remember me, but he did. It saddened me to hear of his passing, but he is no longer suffering. May he forever rest in peace, and my thoughts are prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

I met Herbie about a month ago through another friend of mine who lives at Luther House. Herbie was a very kind and giving man & helped me with moving a new cabinet into my home. Strangely I saw him about a week ago at Luther House while there with another man who I was assisting with making application to live there. Herbie and I spoke briefly and I was quite surprised to hear that he had passed on last week. I want to express my deepest sympathy to all of his family for your loss. May...
