Not sure what to say?

Herb was the best and i enjoyed working with him at Cahillanes. I am so glad i got to visit with him one last time. He was the real deal and i will miss him!

To the family and friends of Mr. Wood,
I am sincerely sorry for your loss. I met Mr. Wood when I was in high school. I got my drivers permit when I was 16. My sister, who was three years older, and I asked our parents if we could buy a car, together. They said yes, and we headed over to H. E. Wood and Sons. Mr. Wood took us around, and finally showed us a car that had just come in. It was a 1963 Rambler American Classic Convertible, IF I remember correctly, It was turned in by the late...

Sorry to hear of Herb's passing. I worked for him at the garage and will always remember him since I enjoyed working for him.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

To the Wood family,
You all are such a wonderful, kind, loving family. I was blessed to have met Herb, if only for a short while. May he rest in peace, and be your angel.
Love, Kathy Sheridan

Chris and family -
Mr. Wood was a sweetheart and a wonderful family man. He will be sadly missed by all. Take comfort that he loved each one of you and it showed on his face every day. He couldn't have asked for a better family support and you all showed him what unconditional love meant. May Mr. Wood rest in peace and he will forever be in all our thoughts and prayers. Chris and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace.
God Bless.

Sorry to hear of your loss, the biggest memory that I have of Mr Woods was when he saved Cristine Lumbardy get down from a pine tree up in the Dark woods as we called it. He flew up the tree faster than anyone I can remember and then somehow carried her down, that must have been mid 70's. It was a privilege to have been his next door neighbor for my younger years. I am glad that he was surrounded by his family. Sincerely, David W Conley

Love you Uncle Herb
