To the man who made a bargain with me and held true to his word. It really meant a lot to me way back in 1975 when we both made the deal on a hand shake and I have always made deals on a hand shake ever since that day. He always made time to sit and discuss matters after I had graduated high school, told to come see him at anytime and I did on a half dozen ocasions.
