If this is the Herr Bauer responsible for developing the PUD's on La Quinta Lane, I express my deepest thanks for building the first home I owned in Sonoma. I married and our family outgrew it, but I will always have the fondest of memories from living there, as well as a deep appreciation for the quality of the structure. Condolences to the family.
