To the Black Family: I am truly sorry for your Loss. Herman & i have been friends as long as I can remember.He was a kind and considerate person who always wanted to see you Happy. My deepest condolences go out to the Black family during this time of the passing of Herman.
Herman was like a father figure to me..he and I go way back to when he (Herman) drove the school bus for FWCS. He looked after me and protected me..up until I became a grown woman and had children of my own.He was a good man..and Will truly be missed by "All" who had the
